I’m Lidy, a User Experience Researcher based in Brooklyn, NYC. My work focuses on addressing complex healthcare challenges by uncovering insights that connect people’s lived experiences with strategic product decisions. I also conduct bilingual research in English and Spanish, enabling teams to better understand and serve diverse communities.
